SSO's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Advisory Board convened a panel of experts to examine issues related to underrepresented communities in medicine and how that paradigm can change. Recorded in January 2022, residents, medical students and anyone interested in some inspiration and practical advice in choosing a career in surgical oncology were invited to the panel discussion followed by Q&A sessions in 7 different breakout sessions. The panel was recorded separately from the breakouts.
