SSO Breast Disease Site Work Group is pleased to collaborate with the Korean Breast Cancer Society to discuss: Specimen Orientation and Margin Re-Excision.

After this virtual tumor board, the participants will be able to: 

  • Determine the best margin assessment strategy for your institution. 

  • Understand the nuances of margin width after neoadjuvant chemotherapy. 

  • Discuss the ideal margin widths for breast conserving surgery for DCIS, as well as discuss notable exceptions.
