In this tumor board, the participants will be able to:

• Discuss indications for neoadjuvant systemic therapy in patients with node positive, hormone receptor positive breast cancer.
• Assess the utility of genomic assays in determining the choice of neoadjuvant endocrine versus chemotherapy.
• Explain the technique of targeted axillary dissection and its use in post treatment assessment of the previously node positive axilla.
• Apply the findings of modern surgery and radiotherapy trials in the decision for axillary dissection versus radiotherapy for the node positive axilla in the setting of primary surgery.
