Differentiating the pros and cons of neoadjuvant versus postoperative chemotherapy in the treatment of a primary STS
Identifying potential candidates for chemotherapy based upon level of metastatic risk, age, and comorbidities.
Summarizing common chemotherapy regimens used for STS neoadjuvant/adjuvant therapy (drugs, number of cycles)
Distinguishing variables (disease biology, patient factors) that determine the potential role of chemotherapy in the management of oligometastatic disease
