Activity Description/ Purpose

Join the members of our Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary (HPB) Disease Site Work Group for a discussion on crucial aspects of quality care in HPB cancer surgery. Surgeons will share insights on tools and methods to enhance patient care, covering topics like quality indicators, standard requirements, operative standards, and addressing disparities.

Module 3 will review data and solutions for inequalities and inequities in receipt of guideline-concordant care and clinical trials enrolment across patient populations with vulnerabilities, as well as for disparities that may arise with centralization of surgical care.
