For nearly a decade, SSO and other organizations have shared conference registration information with exhibitors and industry supporters (excluding email address and fax number). ACCME now requires attendee consent. By checking the "yes" box in the pre-course survey, you are giving SSO consent to share your name and contact information, including institution, mailing address and phone, with any ineligible companies or its agents associated with the Advanced Cancer Therapies Conference/SSO International Conference on Surgical Cancer Care. Ineligible companies are those that cannot be accredited by the ACCME.
