Surgeons will share insights on tools and methods to enhance patient care, covering topics like quality indicators, standard requirements, operative standards, and addressing disparities.
Module 1 explores key international HPB community-defined quality indicators, ensuring high-quality care and benchmark outcomes. Additionally, the discussion will focus on strategies for establishing excellence centers, emphasizing minimum requirements for safe and quality care.
